1. Authorized Use: This lead management system is strictly for authorized personnel of The Ma Foi Foundation. Unauthorized access, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

2. Account Responsibility: Counselors are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Password sharing is strictly forbidden.

3. Data Protection: All candidate profiles and interaction logs recorded in this system are subject to strict organization privacy and security protocols.

Privacy Policy & DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

1. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023: The Ma Foi Foundation acts as Data Fiduciary. Student personal data (Name, Phone, Email, Location, Course Focus) is collected exclusively for course counseling and educational processing.

2. Data Security: Passwords are standard BCrypt-hashed with cost factor 10. Sessions and queries are hardened against unauthorized inspection.

3. Retention & Auto-Purge: Student leads moved to the Recycle Bin are automatically purged permanently after 30 days.

4. Right to Erasure: Data Principals (candidates) may request erasure or modification of their personal records via system administrators.
